Help Computer Centre is based at 94 High Street, Bangor, Northern Ireland, BT20 5BA.

Tracked courier delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout for your products and destination. UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

  • Selected small accessories: £4.95 for UK delivery.
  • Gaming accessory kits and soundbars: £9.95 for UK delivery.
  • Laptops: £24.95 for UK orders up to £750, £27.95 for orders from £750.01 to £1,000, and £34.95 for orders from £1,000.01 to £2,500.

For Republic of Ireland delivery, selected small accessories are £12.95 and eligible laptop orders up to £250 are £19.95. These are GBP charges; checkout displays the equivalent in the currency of your order.

Delivery charges from different product groups are combined when you order them together. The final delivery charge is shown before payment.

Please contact us before ordering desktop PCs, gaming PCs, starter packs, larger accessories or laptops over £250 for delivery to the Republic of Ireland so we can confirm suitable delivery and pricing. For UK orders, desktop PCs, gaming PCs, monitors and starter packs retain their existing checkout delivery rates. Please contact us for laptop orders over £2,500 or unusual delivery requirements.

Delivery by the HCC team

Our delivery-by-HCC charges are separate from tracked courier postage:

  • Up to 15 miles from our Bangor store: £10.
  • Between 15 and 40 miles: £20.
  • Elsewhere in Northern Ireland: £40.
